 Hint: Look for info on rcpthosts and relaying.  Read Life with Qmail.
 It's all in the documentation.

 Bigger hint: With nothing in rcpthosts, your server is an open relay. 
 Tcprules, etc, doesn't even come into it, it's a qmail thing.  Put your 
 own domain in rcpthosts.
