Good Morning Roman:

Your acl file should have the following line:

GROUPNAME    PERMISSIONS    USERNAME

All the other lines must be commented.

The GROUPNAME must be any name you want.
The PERMISSIONS must be all the permissions you want the USERNAME to have
such as VCPX.....
And the USERNAME must be the same name you type in your .htaccess file and
vpasswd file, OK?

The permissions of the cgi file is automaticaly set when you compile it.

Your .htaccess file should be chmod 600 and chown nobody.
