To limit the accounts you have to create a file called .qmailadmin-limits
inside the domain directory.
This file must have some lines like:
maxpopaccounts XXX
maxaliases XXX
.......
Read the vpopmail INSTALL file to see the right content of the file.
Where XXX is the max number you want.
