Hi,
i'm trying to install qmail+vpopmail+mysql on solaris x86 7.0 box.
- i compile mysql-3.23.39 - fine
- i compile qmail-1.03 - fine
- i configure (./configure --enable-mysql=y --enable-roaming-
users=y ) - fine
- when i try to compile (make) vpop-4.9.10, i receive an error
message "ld: fatal: library -lz: not found "
- i remove all "-lz" from Makefile, compile - fine
- but when i "make install-strip" i have another error condition.
"
/bin/sh ./mkinstalldirs /home/vpopmail/bin
./install-sh -c -s vchkpw /home/vpopmail/bin/vchkpw
./install-sh: strip: not found
... and so on with other binaries"
anyone can help me?
