UID and GID on mysql+vpopmail

Why are  the pw_gid and pw_uid rows in vpopmail mysql table  setup to 0 by default? I thought they must have the vpopmail UID and vchkpw group GID. Does anybody know why?   Thanks,   M�rio Barbosa From Brazil.
