Its permission. :p
Why not just leave it blank. Its not a complex table structure.
I'd just do a simple
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON vpopmail.* TO vpopmail@localhost IDENTIFIED BY
'some_passoword' WITH GRANT OPTION;
