Please Help, problem after upgrade

I upgraded to the verson 4.10.21
now, I cannot add a new domain.

When i try to add a new user to my existing domain, eg [EMAIL PROTECTED],
it create the user in /home/vpopmail/domains/foo.com/?/text


Please advice
