None that I am aware of. 

Actually, qmailmrtg7 can run as any user with the following
conditions:

1) Must be able to read the multilog files. The default
   installations of qmail/multilog have word readable logs

2) Must be able to write to the html WorkDir directory.

You can run it as any user you want.
Speaking of which, I will update the INSTALL information
so the default installation doesn't use root.
