Occasionally some of my customers while using Outlook Express will get a dialog box
popup asking them to re-enter their password (which was saved and stored previously)
as if they have stored a bad password. By just clicking the OK button they are then
able to get their mail. syslog shows no password failure. Has anyone seen this
before? It is a nuisance especially for newbies. This problem occurs in Outlook
Express 5.x and Outlook 98.

I am using qmail, qmail-pop3d, and vpopmail 4.9.10. Here is my configure line for
vpopmail:
./configure --enable-vpopuser=vpopmail --enable-log-name=vpopmail
--enable-vpopgroup=vpopmail --enable-roaming-users=y
--enable-tcpserver-file=/etc/tcp.smtp --enable-default-domain=certainty.net
--enable-passwd=y --enable-logging=e --enable-hardquota=10485760
