Migration from sendmail to qmail

I've heard rumor, I've seen fiction. But I can't find it!

I have a good 200 clients who currently use mbox format. I'd love to switch
them to using qmail+vchkpw, but I don't want the support headache that comes
with telling them how to check old/new mail.

Is there some magical script that can pull mbox's into domain directories?
Even an example of one would get me on my way, I'm sure.
