MS outlook error 0x8000CCC0E

Dear subscribers,

my vpopmail is running now, tks for all of your contribution.
my problem is :

1. I access by webmail (IMP) it can access my linux qmail 
2. but I try to using MS outllok/oulook express to access my server using
   IMAP/POP3, it always failed the error is :
   ...Secure(SSL):No,Socket Error:10051,error number :0x8000CCC0E

what cause the problem ?
