Then it is not a pure add but a replacement of a name already in locals.
This is only a minor quibble so i`ll ignore it.

It is fine.  I use it by choice (a la france, if you like). 


I am really interested in my previous question ref vpopmail.html and 
setting ALL domains as virtual domains.  From what you as above it 
implies that if, for example, laura.chaossolutions.org was my new 
mailserver and set-up as such that :-

with laura.chaossolutions.org
chaossolutions.org 

in locals, defaultdomain, defaulthost, me, and I added vpopmail what 
would I have to remove to change chaossolutions.org to a virtual domain.

would be nice/clearer if that was explicitly stated in the docs.
