Hello. Let me first state that I am new to using virtual domains in case you are wondering. I still have lots of questions about what I need to remove from a standard qmail installation when transitioning to an ALL virtual domains system as per vpopmail.html . Further, when I send a bogus mail to a virtual domain, the bounce comes from the original domain (which is what I would expect as I still have .qmail-root, .qmail-postmaster, .qmail-mailer-daemon).
