Backup Mail Server

Hi All,   I have a small predicament. I want to create a secondary qmail server for my domain. I am hosting for around 500 users in 25 domains. I have set up qmail and vpopmail on my secondary server and just tried to copy the vpopmail home directory over to the new server and also made the appropriate changes to the qmail control files. But I still get "ERR authorization failed" messages. and various error messages in /var/log/mail.   Any ideas?   Thanks,   Charlie Price
