yes, qmail uses a hashed version of the tcp.smtp file for speed purposes
this file is tcp.smtp.cdb
you can generate this hashfile by running the abovementioned command
for roaiming users wich vpopmail adds at runtime vpopmail does this for you,
but whenever you modify the file by hand you should run this manually.
