I solved this problem!
DNS  looks fine.
There is a "big DNS" patch for qmail at www.qmail.org
That is in case if DNS return more than 512 bytes
http://www.ckdhr.com/ckd/qmail-103.patch
Stupid, it should be included in regular qmail instalation, too much wasted time
for small thinks to find out :-)
