Ken, I have checked that URL and I have followed other links of all
mailing lists available. Finally the one thing I have found out is
that "it seems" qmail does not support X.400 and someone says that it's
the mail standard of the future (sic!). Although something about
MIME redirect (or so) is also appearing there, but I do not really know
how to match this issue with qmail support or not on X.400.
Thanks again and if someone would explain to me more clearly
something about this issue, it would be great.

Check the http://cr.yp.to/qmail.html documents. There is a list
somewhere on that site that shows what it supports. My hunch is
that it only supports standard RFC mail protocols.
I would suggest to run sendmail on a separate IP and let it
support your X400 customers. Have sendmail forward the emails
to qmail.
