I just built and installed vpopmail 5.0, upgrading from 4.9.10, it seemed to go fine. I used the following configure options:
./configure \ --enable-hardquota=300000000 \ --enable-ip-alias-domains=n \ --enable-ldap=n \ --enable-logging=y \ --enable-log-name=vpopmail \ --enable-mysql=n \ --enable-oracle=n \ --enable-passwd=n \ --enable-qmail-ext=n \ --enable-relay-clear-minutes=15 \ --enable-roaming-users=y \ --enable-sqwebmail-pass=n \ --enable-sybase=n Sqwebmail and Courier IMAP come with v1.16 of preauthvchkpw.c in their authlib directory, the vpopmail 5.0 web page says to use a preauthvchkpw.c from there which is version 1.15. I tried both and they both result in the same error, I added lines to make it easier to read: gcc -I/home/mnt1/vpopmail/include -g -O2 -Wall -I.. -I./.. -o authvchkpw modauthvchkpw.o libauthmod.a libauth.a ../md5/libmd5.a ../sha1/libsha1.a -L/home/mnt1/vpopmail/lib -lvpopmail -lm -lcrypt /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lvpopmail collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [authvchkpw] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/courier/courier-imap-1.3.11/authlib' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 Does anyone know of an issue here that I missed? Or what the problem could be? Thanks, Dave
