The -S option is to use mysql for relay
It is a patch to tcpserver from this site

Ah yes, I was storing my relay table (pop-before-smtp) in mysql,
therefore I patched ucspi 0.88 with the mysql patch, which adds the -S
flag.  I guess I could remove that now since I require SMTP auth :)
