Could you please tell me, how to apply this?? I don't know anything about this... :-(
It's a simple change, and you don't really need to use 'patch' to apply it.
Open vmysql.h in an editor (vi, pico, emacs, etc.), go to line 48 and look for the "pw_domain" and "pw_dir" lines. Add the missing "\" to the end of those two lines.
