Sourceforge worked a-ok for me.  Maybe the mirror you chose was broken.  Try a different one, perhaps?

Ok, I can't locate vpopmail-5.3.21.tar.gz anyplace.. Not on Inter7, Sourceforge errors

out when I try to download it and it's not on shupp.org. Is there anyplace I can get it?
