Look in ~vpopmail/domains/domain.com/postmaster/Maildir for a filename that ends in .qw. If QmailAdmin can't write a new file there (or delete the old one), then you won't be able to log in.


Is you VPOPMAIL_UMASK set to 0? Do you have old .qw files left over from when the permissions were wrong?
