I have noticed that vpopmail creates a subfolder for every 100 domains like /home/vpopmail/domains/0/domainname.dk , is it possible to change the folders name and even place the folder on another disk when the first one i filled up with userdata?
No. There is code that relies on those folder names being a single character.
It would be easiest to stop qmail, move the directory to another location, and then create a symlink from the old name (/home/vpopmail/0) to the new directory name.
