 OK here is your problem I believe.

The lines should read:

192.168.1.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
               ^
Notice the . that I have that you are missing.

It's been so long since I set mine up, but I know I dont' have the second
line in my tcp.smtp

Yep that worked... Finally it's all working :)
