Hi - I know this is the wrong list for this but we do all muck around with qmail and this could be related to the vpopmail setup.
I'm getting alot of these in the qmail-send log. I checked the directory permissions and ownerships for this domain and they look OK. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Check the directory name listed in the vpasswd file or MySQL database (or whatever back-end you're using) to make sure it's set to the correct value.
If it's only some messages, look for a pattern. See how those addresses differ from those that work.
If the addresses work some times but not others, then that's a trickier problem.
