The limit concern the mails received, not the quota of every mailbox,... you can have 20 mail box, with a quota of 10Mb / mailbox and 50Mb/domain... the 50Mb quota will be reached only when there will be 50Mb of mail received in the different mailbox, with a maximum 10Mb possible / mailbox.
