Hi, I´ve had some problems with QMail showing this message "trouble injecting bounce message" on qmail´s log too. I´ve took a long time to discover what did I do wrong, and after googling and asking some friends I´ve realized that my qmail-scanner instalation was completely wrong. All related with qmail-queue binary. Try to see if your qmail-queue binary is the right one.. Good Luck,
