I'm just manually specifying the --user argument in the .qmail files, and
everything seems to be working properly now.
That reminds me, I have a patch from David Steinberg that will include the user's email address in the spamcommand that QmailAdmin inserts into .qmail files, allowing you to do something like "| preline -f /usr/local/bin/maildrop -d [EMAIL PROTECTED]".
I haven't gotten around to adding it yet, but it will be going in soon.
