[vchkpw] vchkpw & SQL

Installed and running vpopmail with MySQL, howerver, SMTP auth doesn't work using SQL only.. looks as if vchkpw doesn't talk to SQL??   Is this correct?? Aany help would be good!   Thanks, Billy
