Just to eliminate that the file /var/qmail/users/cdb is up to date, what is the output of

strings /var/qmail/users/cdb

strings /var/qmail/users/cdb

!javierito.com-javierito.com
/home/vpopmail/domains/javierito.com

Also what is the entry for vpopmail user in /etc/passwd

grep vpopmail /etc/passwd

vpopmail:x:89:89::/home/vpopmail:/bin/bash


grep 89 /etc/group

vchkpw:x:89:
