Mentors, Is there a confluence user group of committers who have signed the cla?
We'd like to start working on the official documentation and need to restrict editing.
According to FAQ at <http://cwiki.apache.org/CWIKI/>We need to restrict the official documentation space to the committers that have signed the CLA.
