Kevan, Thanks for checking in to this so quickly. http vs https was indeed the problem. After fighting with ant trying to get site-publish updated on my local machine, I finally decided to try it on people.a.o which worked much better. I've updated our page under /www/incubator.apache.org/projects and the clutch page. Now we just have to wait for the changes to propagate.
