Even though you're seeing that we have the administrative role, we can't do administrative things without being able to get to that part of the JIRA site. To be clear, previously, the top bar of the site had "HOME, BROWSE PROJECT, FIND ISSUES, CREATE NEW ISSUE, and ADMINISTRATION". But now, we're only seeing "HOME, BROWSE PROJECT, FIND ISSUES, and CREATE NEW ISSUE".
