Kevan,

Thanks for the heads up. Between Thanksgiving and doing some VCL training
locally, I haven't been able to close that yet. I'm planning on doing it
today. There were 2 additional +1 votes, which provides what is needed to
pass. To address Leo Simons' concerns, I'm creating a basic site at
http://incubator.apache.org/vcl/ that is a slightly modified version of the
autoexported index page of our main Confluence Wiki space (the index page
only has contributions by people who have signed CLAs). I've updated the
content in the filesystem, but whatever makes those updates go live hasn't
happened yet.

To address his concerns about SQL injection/XSS, I'm going to say we'll go
ahead and do the release (since we have several people already using it via
SVN checkout), but create a JIRA issue to deal with what he pointed out - the
JIRA issue is already created.

I'd like to wait until the updated web content is being delivered before
responding, but if that doesn't happen within the next few hours, I'll
respond anyway.

Josh
