Which account are you referring to exactly? There is a local 'admin' account in
the VCL database schema. The name of this account could be changed but I would
not recommend it.
How are you generating accounts for your users? Are you using LDAP or local VCL
accounts? Additional local user accounts can be created and LDAP can be
configured per the instructions on this page:

The accounts created for users when they connect to a VCL reservation will match
their user name. The only exception I can think of is if a Windows imaging
reservation is created. The account the user uses to login is always
Administrator in this case.
