There is no easy way to do this if it has to run after the first reboot during image capture. Can provide more details about what needs to be done to reset the software? I may be able to come up with a workaround.

There is a mechanism to automatically run a custom script after the image loads by creating the following file: C:\Windows\post_load_custom.cmd. I would eventually like to have hooks where custom scripts could automatically run during all of the stages of capture and load.

We have 2 pieces of software that need to be reset prior to an image capture currently the vcl runs through its first stages of image prep then reboots the blade and finishes the configuration and then shuts down for imaging. I need these scripts to run after that first reboot where would I put them and how can I configure the vcl code to run them for me?
