Thank you so much Josh. Unfortunently I need to VCL for bare metal machines. So, I understood that I have to take an image of an installed node for base image.
I read a document at xCAT web site about partimage here: http://xcat.sourceforge.net/#claws http://benincosa.org/xCAT/partimage/README If I take an image according to this document, is that enough for base image?
