Summary: send_datasock missing EWOULDBLOCK

Initial Comment:
In datasock.c into send_datasock(..), EWOULDBLOCK check is missing. On some
system it may have different value from EAGAIN but has the same meaning.

Message:
Fixed on svn both for datasock.c and tuntap.c where there are instances of
EAGAIN, too.
