I've tested it both and got following results: It really seems to be depend on signal strength - when strength of signal is approximately about 2/3 and little less (60%) the problem appears but first at some channels (not depending bitrate but seems to be depending on GOP length) - channels with longer GOP's are distorted first. After reloading fw into ff-card the problem disappears. It seems like a problem of FW of ff-card.
