So apparently these *are* 0x86 and 0x87.
Please try removing the line
|| (*from == 0x86 || *from == 0x87)
from libsi/si.c (should be line 418).
It may take a while before the EPG data is updated, so at first you may
still see the old version.
Please report if this causes any unexpected side effects.
