Now, with vdr 1.7.10, I can record channel Nova Sport HD. It seems problem
was solved.

I'm afraid I won't be able to test that myself, because I don't have an
LNB pointing to S23.5E, and furthermore this channel is encrypted.

Please check whether this problem still persists in version 1.7.10.
