RHEV doesn't show a "used LUN".
when you remove a storage domain, it is formatted, and can be re-used.
when you destroy - assumption is no access to storage to format it, and 
you need to manually format it to re-use it in RHEV.
(dd to begining of the LUN should solve this).

probably should show these LUNs in gray out at least in the UI - I think 
we have an AI on that - I still need to move them to upstream bugzilla.
