I found that vdsm failed to create VM with a cdrom device after configuring libvirt to use sanlock.


It's caused by that sanlock doesn't support readonly/shared disks now. Libvirt has fixed the problem already. I file a vdsm bug for this problem and more detailed information please see:

I would like to know if we should requires a libvirt version which includes the fix. It has not been included in latest F17 libvirt packages. So is it necessary to file a bug for libvirt package on fedora to back port it?
