I think you should follow the ovirt-host-deploy bridge.py, and use addNetwork 
utility:

['/usr/share/vdsm/addNetwork', 'ovirtmgmt', '', '', u'eth0', 'BOOTPROTO=dhcp', 
'ONBOOT=yes', 'blockingdhcp=true']
