Patch Set 7:

After some discussion with Michal, we decided that the patch is probably fine 
as it is for now. There's probably no big problem with the delay on resume. 
Just let's not touch migration and other related situations (such as awaking a 
VM after temporary suspension due to I/O error) now.
qemu-guest-agent handling should be improved in libvirt (I'll try to talk to 
libvirt developers), but we can't expect it soon.
