check-merged: switch fc24 to el7 We used to run our functional tests using lago in check-merged script over fc23. Recently we fixed CI repos to use fc24 in master branch. We face issues with each new fedora release due to some external packages. After struggling with that we decided that running vdsm functional tests only over el7 is enough (at least for now). New versions of rhel\centos come less frequently, and it makes the maintenance of this area much easier.
