Having an executable script we can run it directly from the source
directory without installing it:
$ PYTHONPATH=lib static/usr/bin/vdsm-client -h
usage: vdsm-client [-h] [-a HOST] [-p PORT] [--unsecure] [--timeout TIMEOUT]
[-f FILE]
namespace method [method_args [method_args ...]]
