Yes, what we need more in Velocity is the ability to execute #macro's from
Java code. That would allow me to make Anakia 100% procedural and a perfect
replacement for XSLT. So far, that is the only real argument against Anakia.
I'm still not sure I like that idea though and I definitely am not into
variable variable expansion. As geir said...it is Perl and we definitely are
not trying to go there.
