I checked in the EventCartridge and all supporting material into the
main branch.

All tests pass the testbed, and I even checked out a fresh CVS to make
sure.

Nothing here is set in stone.  We can modify and get this right :)  To
that end :

1) I put in whatever came to mind in ASTMethod and
MethodExceptionEventHandler.  Tim, for example, has some experience and
need - so whatever needs to be changed should be.

2) It seems that we can eliminate the 'NullReferenceEventHandler' and
just use the ReferenceInsertEventHandler in it's place... passing in a
null for the Object would be complete semantic information to figure out
what's going on, and you could return null, the reference or a new
object/value.  No strong feelings about this, but noticed it when
putting this together...
