I checked in the EventCartridge and all supporting material into the
main branch.
All tests pass the testbed, and I even checked out a fresh CVS to make
sure.
Nothing here is set in stone. We can modify and get this right :) To
that end :
1) I put in whatever came to mind in ASTMethod and
MethodExceptionEventHandler. Tim, for example, has some experience and
need - so whatever needs to be changed should be.
2) It seems that we can eliminate the 'NullReferenceEventHandler' and
just use the ReferenceInsertEventHandler in it's place... passing in a
null for the Object would be complete semantic information to figure out
what's going on, and you could return null, the reference or a new
object/value. No strong feelings about this, but noticed it when
putting this together...
