Yea...kinda.  Look in: src/whiteboard/daveb/pdfvsl.

This was a start.  The biggest problem was dealing
with nested tags. Such as -
<text>
 Blah Blah <link>here</link> Blah Blah
</text>

If you make any headway on this, please let us know, we like to be able to 
generate the docs in PDF.
